Refund & Return Policy

At Prism Nails, we take pride in the quality, hygiene, and craftsmanship of our press-on nails and nail accessories.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final once an item has been opened, worn, used, or tampered with. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, worn, or used items.

Returns may be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:
• The item is unused, unworn, and unopened
• The item is in its original sealed packaging
• The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is provided

Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will review and resolve the matter accordingly.
